Henning Morales
Co-Founder, President & CEO
An honors graduate of New York University Stern School of Business in International Economics and International Business Transactions, Mr. Morales has substantial experience in International Sales, Marketing and Operations in addition to the development of Internet related technologies. Mr. Morales has created successful sales and marketing teams in the US, Canada, Mexico, Spain, France, England, Hong Kong and Japan. The four years prior to forming eWorld Companies, Inc., Mr. Morales served as President of an Internet Technology Company and served as an executive and on the Board of Directors of the parent company, a fully reporting publicly traded company.
Dr. Michael Brown
Co-Founder & Senior Vice President, Communications
Dr. Brown is an internationally renowned trainer, consultant, and author of four books that have been translated into seven languages. After receiving his doctorate in Counseling/Psychology from Michigan State University in 1974, he co-founded Huron Valley Institute, which became the largest psychological treatment and training center in the U.S., and Dr. Michael Brown & Associates, a consulting, training, and marketing firm specializing in Adult Development, Organizational Change, and Managing Life/Career Transitions. From 1986 until 1998, he was Senior Vice President of Training for Kahler Communications, Inc., an international management consulting and training firm, where he trained both clients and trainers. He developed consulting and training programs for all levels of management development, encompassing such areas as Sales Training, Personality Management, Process Communication, Leadership Development, Team-Building, Managing Change, and others. Dr. Brown has been teaching and training in the Network Marketing industry for more than 25 years and was a pioneer in the development of Internet Marketing systems for the Direct Sales industry.
Don Grenough
Co-Founder & Senior Vice President, Promotions
Mr. Grenough is internationally respected for his distinguished career involving marketing, promotional and production activities throughout the entertainment and direct marketing industries. Over the past 25 years Mr. Grenough has successfully produced or promoted over 1000 concerts for entertainment icons such as Prince, Tom Jones, Sting, Julio Inglesias, Diana Ross, The Jacksons, Mariah Carey and Gary Busey – to name a few. Mr. Grenough co-founded Herbalife and played an instrumental role in co-managing the revolutionary way in which Herbalife became a multi-billion dollar marketing giant worldwide. He has been President, or Vice President of ten major corporations including Hemdale Telecommunications Inc. Further, his expertise as a business consultant has been utilized by over fifty national and international corporations. In addition to Mr. Grenough’s extensive network of business and social contacts, he is equally impressive as a motivational speaker, inspiring such students as Anthony Robbins (renowned speaker and bestselling author) and Mark Hughes, of Herbalife fame. Mr. Grenough brings to the company his years of unique experience and expertise in both the music and business worlds, along with his long established Hollywood relationships. Mr. Grenough has also been privileged to have had partnerships with high profile business icons including Bernie Cornfield, Roger Vadim, John Daly (Hemdale fame), and Hugh Hefner.
Barbara Lynn
Co-Founder & Vice President of Business Development, Europe
Barbara Lynn has more than 30 years experience in sales, sales training and personnel management. In the early 1980s Barbara was a Regional Branch Controller for C&A Ltd. London, a large UK based retail chain, where she was responsible for all administrative related systems including cash, stock control, payroll, staff training programs, and new branch openings. From 1983 to 1987 she served as Personnel and Training Manager for two other high-profile UK companies, Bentalls PLC and Bally Group, where she was responsible for all personnel and training activities. From 1987 to 1992 she was Group Personnel and Training Manager at Allders International Ltd., where she managed and provided a complete personnel and training service for approximately 2,000 personnel located at the UK Head Office and throughout the Ships and Airport Divisions located in the UK, USA and Australia. In 1992 Barbara left the corporate world and moved to Spain, where she was instrumental in the launch in Spain of Forever Living Products and has become a highly successful entrepreneur. Barbara has been and continues to be a leading force in the launch of eWorld Spain and eWorld Europe.

As one of the hottest music producers in the world, Seven Aurelius is no stranger to crafting hits. Since 2001 Seven has produced countless number one records for some of the biggest stars in the music industry and numerous Grammy Award winning albums, with sales in excess of 50 million units worldwide. Born in Lexington Kentucky, Seven entered the music scene and was quickly signed to a multi-million dollar publishing deal in 2001 with the famous music publishers, Viacom. Of the big 3 Hip Hop movements from the east coast; Bad Boy , Roc- a fella and Murder Inc., the biggest by far was Murder Inc. fueled solely by Seven's run away hit formula that stamped everyone from JLo to MJ. After delivering huge hits for the biggest female singers in the world, Rolling Stone Magazine gave Seven the name "The King of Diva's" in 2003. That same year ASCAP awarded Seven with its highest honor the “Pop Songwriter of the Year”. No one was immune to this wiz kid's Midas touch. Seven has produced numerous smash singles including breakout hits “Foolish” “Baby” and "Only U" for Ashanti; Mariah Carey's big comeback record "Charmbracelet"; “Gangsta Lovin’” for Alicia Keys featuring Eve; “Thugz Mansion” for 2Pac; "Just for You" for Lionel Richie; “Always On Time” for Ja Rule; “Rainy Dayz” for Mary J. Blige; both “I’m Real” and “Ain’t it Funny” for Jennifer Lopez (which are the singer's biggest hits to date); "Officially Missing U" by Tamia; Lil Kim "Kitty Box"; Lenny Kravitz "Road to Heaven" featuring Lionel Richie; Lou Reed " Walk on the Wild Side" (2006); "HUSH" for LL COOL J featuring 7 and Gwen Stefani - and the list goes on. When Rock group CREED was tapped to do the first single from Mel Gibson’s “The Passion of the Christ” movie soundtrack they called Seven who produced the smash first single “Relearn Love”, a huge hit in the pop rock and Christian market. In 2007 Universal Records signed Seven to a lucrative record deal as an artist. Then in 2008, Diddy asked Seven to join him and he took the reins as his personal manager and business advisor, making Seven a regularly featured producer on the second installment of MTV’s hit television series, “Making the Band 4”, working with Bad Boy artists Donnie, Danity Kane and Day 26. In June 2009 Seven signed a new deal with Warner Brothers Records for his imprint 700 Degrees Records. Future Projects include Madonna and Janet & Diddy’s first single “Strobelight” off his new album “Last Train to Paris”. In September 2009 Seven accepted the position of President, eWorld Music. In this new role, Seven will additionally be the Executive Producer of the eWorld Music Awards, held annually in Los Angeles, and will be responsible for developing new, original content for eWorld and PlayTV™ during 2010.
Gloria Morrison
Executive Vice President of Television and Film
In addition to a long and storied career as a screen and stage actress, Ms. Morrison has produced 15 films and had over 38 projects in full development with major networks and studios. Ms. Morrison is responsible for Sony being in the business of making films, introducing and then producing Sony's first film, "Midnight" starring Lynn Redgrave, Tony Curtis, Rita Gam & Frank Goshen. As owner and President of Unistar International Pictures she went on to produce more than a dozen high profile projects including “Nobody Knows Anything” starring Janeane Garofalo, Mike Myers, Margaret Cho & Ben Stiller, “Light in the Forest” starring Lindsey Wagner and Bernie Kopell. “What Happened to Bobby Earl” starring Kate Jackson, ”Contagious” starring Lindsey Wagner, Elizabeth Pena, and Tom Wopat, “Ground Zero” starring Tony Danza, “Firestorm” starring Jill Clayburgh, “Terror at Sea”, “Seige at Alta Vista”, and “Tiananmen”. She also had a 3-year deal with Hearst Entertainment to develop a series of Movies for Television for the magazines “True Story”, “True Confessions”, “True Experience”, “True Romance”, “Modern Romance” and “Secrets”, and developed three independent feature scripts in association with Roland Perkins, co-founder of Creative Artist Agency. Gloria currently has several projects in active development, including the 12-hour miniseries "El Destino - The Mexican "Roots," "Secret Song - The True Billy Tipton Story," and "True Detective," based on the magazine. Ms. Morrison's acting resume includes leading roles in over 75 stage plays including “Macbeth”, “The Women”, “Calamity Jane” “Othello, “The Miracle Worker”, “Cheaper By The Dozen”, and dozens of commercials. She has also appeared in numerous guest appearances on episodic television, including "Harper Valley PTA", '"Mame" with Lucille Ball, "Alligator", "Happy Days”, "Dynasty", "Here Come The Brides", and "Looking to Get Out”. Gloria and Jon Voight also built the "Annex" theatre on Sunset Blvd, Hollywood.
Daniel Gallardo
Vice President of Sales & Marketing, Spain
After studying International Business in San Diego, California at Grossmont College, Daniel launched and ran the largest Night Club in San Diego. From California he moved to Quintana Roo, Mexico and became involved in land, small resort, and restaurant projects as well as a website design company. Daniel is fluent in German, Spanish and English and lives currently in Marbella, Spain, where he has opened several restaurants and is still involved in Mexican real estate. Daniel has a wealth of contacts in marketing and media both in Europe and South America.
Adrian Ibrom
Director of Development
With both a BA (Hons) and MA in Information Technology and with over 15 years experience within the IT industry, Adrian has a wealth of technical and commercial skills acquired across a wide range of demanding roles. Whilst he has a proven track record of accomplishment within the industry, Adrian’s expertise is Web Development, Internet Marketing and Multimedia (3D animation and flash development).
Russ Martin
Director of Programming
Having obtained a B.Eng. (Hons) in Integrated Engineering and an Msc in Multimedia, Russ has more than 16 years experience within the computer industry, web design and developing interactive multimedia. In addition to having a high level of proficiency within all areas of information technology and web management, Russ has been a University Lecturer in Computing and project managed a number of international web development projects.
Beto Paredes
Technology Partner
With a B.S. in Business Administration, Mr. Paredes has substantial background in web design, software, Internet development and Internet advertising. He has completed over two hundred projects over the past eight plus years.
Joseph Frazier
Technology Partner
Joe Frazier has received a B.S. in Computer Science and a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. He has over 10 years in the industry as an engineer, and has completed 300+ projects to date.
